In line with its 47th anniversary celebration, the Metro Kalibo Water District in partnership with Red Cross will conduct a bloodletting activity on September 18, 2023 to be held at the 4th floor of MKWD Building, Jaime Cardinal Sin Avenue, Kalibo, Aklan.
